The nursery is situated in the hub of Grove Green and is located in the large, spacious Grove Green Community Hall. The nursery is open term time only and welcomes children aged 2 years to school age.

Fledgelings Nursery provides a fun, safe, stimulating and secure environment for children to learn through play and experimentation. Encouraging the development of independence, social skills and skills for the future. Fledgelings is run by experienced, qualified staff led by Alison Truss, Nursery Manager/Proprietor.

Fledgelings Nursery is registered to offer government funding for 3 and 4 year olds. The nursery is also registered for government funding for 2 year olds. The funding for 2 year olds is limited and families must meet the criteria laid down by the local authority. On the 29th June 2011, Ofsted arrived at Fledgelings Nursery to ensure that the children attending the settling were receiving the quality of education and care that is required.

Fledgelings Nursery received a grading of 'good' in every area that was inspected with a couple of outstandings within sub topics of some areas, which means that the nursery provision is acknowledged as strong. To read our Ofsted report please click here.
