It is our intention to make the nursery accessible and welcoming to all children and families from all sections of the community.

We accept children from the age of 2 years.

The nursery works in accordance to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and would not turn away a child due to a disability or additional need.

Our door is always open for discussions with all prospective parents about their child’s individual needs and how the nursery can accommodate them.

The integration of a child into unfamiliar surroundings can be somewhat daunting for both the parent and child alike. We are Fledgelings understand these anxieties and believe that continuity is essential; therefore emphasis is placed on children doing a minimum of 2 sessions with parent and child visits taking place the term before starting at the nursery.

If you wish to register a place for your child at Fledgelings Nursery then please complete and return the registration form attached accompanied by the advance payment fee of £35.00 for non funded children.

Please note that the advance payment for non funded children of £35.00 is payable to secure a place for your child but will be deducted from your fees when your child starts at the nursery.

Therefore no refund of advance payment can be given if subsequently a place is not taken up from the agreed date of commencement. Wherever possible an alternative start date may be agreed subject to availability.

All registrations are on a guaranteed place basis following written confirmation from the nursery.
